Rent and conditions

Studio apartment 1 & 2:

One guest: 13 500SEK/month including VAT

Two guests: additional 2000SEK/month including VAT

  • Flexible start date with 6 months minimum rental term

    The apartment must be emptied out for a Christmas break December 20th - January 5h due to maintenance. If you would like to stay over this period, this can be arranged for the same room category and rent.

  • Registration fee

    A registration fee of 2000 SEK per apartment is charged on the first rent invoice.

    Rent is paid 1 months in advance of the preceding period.

  • Student apartments

    Our apartments are only rented out to students. A verification of student status is required through enrollment paper or student ID card.

    Job offer for students: Mornington Hotel Group are looking for more talents!
